Former Pupil Biographies Olga Fitzroy (1981 - current)

Olga Fitzroy is a recording and mix engineer at Associated Independent
Recording studios and campaigner for shared parental leave and fair pay.
She is an Executive Director of the Music Producers Guild and a
signatory of the letter sent by the music industry to the Chancellor of
the Exchequer on 19th March 2020 urging him to help the music industry
during the coronavirus crisis. She has worked with many famous artists including:
She mixed some of the music for the London 2012 Olympics and other projects include 'The Crown' and 'Doctor Who'. In 2019 she stood as a parliamentary candidate for the Labour Party in Croydon South but was unsuccessful. In 2016 she was named 'Recording Engineer of the Year' by the Music Producers Guild and recognised by the BBC in the 'Woman's Hour' power list in 2018. In 2019 she won the 'Campaigner of the Year' award at Music Week's 'Women in Music' awards. |
